Founding Partner
Peter Ford is the founding partner at SkyRock Advisors and has over 25 years in executive roles across the globe with blue chip companies like AP Moller, CMA CGM and Ports America. Peter’s business leadership experience comes from several executive roles across 3 continents with multinational organizations. Peter has built a reputation as a transformational leader, intermodal transportation expert, and M&A professional, working with the highest levels of integrity and commitment to value creation. Peter’s roles have included P&L responsibility for a $2.5b varied portfolio of 110 entities, Chief Strategy Officer, Group M&A head, and COO for a portfolio of 10 entitles across Europe. Peter has been a member of over 15 board of directors, both profit and non-profit, including participation as Chairman, Audit Committee Member, and Compensation Committee Chairman. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the United States Merchant Marine Academy and a postgraduate Master's degree from University of Phoenix. Peter is conversational in German and Dutch in addition to speaking his native English.
